The app won't always work. That is incredibly frustrating. Sometimes it will let me in, others it won't even load and say my phone isn't connected to internet. When it does let me in, it's fantastic. I have deleted the app and re-download it multiple times. I am 100% connected to my data on my phone or a wifi signal, but it seems like 70% of the time the app won't load. This has also happened on my sister's phone. We both have the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus.

This could have easily been a website. The fact that you must download an app for tickets shows a complete lack of regard for your customers and their time. Furthermore, this app was made by a third party, Instant Encore. This means there is an entirely unrelated party that is able to mine information from us. We shouldn't have to put up with this. I urge everyone to stop supporting this kind of behavior.
